Booking
How do I book?
Send a request with your dates, where you are going and how many of you are traveling — by the form, by phone or on WhatsApp. We come back in writing with what is available and what it costs.
Are prices published?
Rates on the site are indicative. The final price depends on the dates, the hours and where you need the car, and it is quoted in writing for your dates.
How far ahead should I ask?
As early as your dates are fixed — especially for event weekends. For short notice, call or write on WhatsApp and we tell you plainly what is possible.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
They are set out in your written quote and in our Terms. We do not publish a one-size-fits-all policy because it depends on what you book.
Chauffeured cars
Who is the chauffeur?
A vetted chauffeur from our local partner in Miami. You deal with AUREARGENT from the first message to the end of the trip.
Do you do airport transfers?
Yes — MIA and Fort Lauderdale (FLL). Flights are tracked for delays and the chauffeur waits where you land.
Can I hire a car by the hour or the day?
Yes. Half-day and full-day hire keeps the car and chauffeur with you between stops.
Can you move a larger group?
Yes, by combining vans, SUVs and sedans under one plan and one contact.
Villas and yachts
Do you handle villas and yachts as well?
Yes. We list a short selection of waterfront villas and crewed yachts, all quoted in writing for your dates.
Can everything be arranged through one contact?
That is the point: one contact for the villa, the cars, the yacht and the details around them.
