Villas in Miami

Waterfront estates and private homes across Miami Beach, Star Island, Bal Harbour and Coconut Grove. Every property is visited and vetted by our local partner before we put it in front of you.

Our Miami portfolio is being finalized.

Properties are added as our local partner completes each inspection. Tell us your dates and what you are looking for — we will send you what fits, off-catalog.

How we choose and arrange a villa

Visited and vetted before we show it

A good villa is as much about the practical details as the photographs: the real distance from the water, how the gate and the driveway work, whether the staff match the house. Our local partner visits each property before it reaches this page, and we only recommend what we would stay in ourselves.

Availability and rates change by season and by event week, so they are confirmed in writing for your dates rather than published here. If a property is not right for your plan, we say so and suggest another.

Neighborhoods at a glance

Where you stay changes the whole trip, so we start with the plan rather than the house.

  • Miami Beach and South Beach: close to restaurants and the sand, with the busiest streets and the most event traffic.
  • Star Island and the Biscayne Bay islands: private, gated and on the water, reached by a single guarded entrance.
  • Bal Harbour and the north beaches: quieter, with shopping and the oceanfront close by.
  • Coconut Grove: leafy, bayfront and close to the marinas and to MIA.

A house with everything arranged

The villa is only the start. We can arrange the cars and chauffeur for the stay, a chef or house manager, a yacht for a day, and a plan for the evenings, all through the same contact. Send us the dates, the number of guests and the kind of stay you have in mind and we come back with a short list.

What to send us

A short brief is enough to start. The more we know, the shorter and better the list we send back:

  • Your dates, and how flexible they are.
  • The number of guests, including children, and how many bedrooms you need.
  • Your preferred neighborhood, or what matters most: the water, privacy, walking distance to restaurants.
  • Must-haves such as a pool, a dock, a gym or staff on site.
