2. What this site is

This site presents villas, chauffeured vehicles and concierge services available in Miami and South Florida, and lets you send an enquiry. It is a presentation and introduction service. AUREARGENT is not a lessor, a property manager, a transport operator, a travel agency or a tour operator in Florida.

3. Who you contract with

Every stay, vehicle and service presented here is delivered by our local partner in Florida. That partner is identified to you by name before you commit, and that partner contracts with you and invoices you directly. Your rental agreement, your house rules, your security deposit, your insurance cover, your cancellation terms and your refunds are governed by the partner's own terms, which are provided to you before you commit.

4. Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry through this site does not reserve anything and does not create a contract. Availability, final pricing, taxes, cleaning fees, deposits and any additional charges are confirmed by the partner in writing. Prices shown here are indicative, stated in US dollars, and may change without notice.

5. No payment is taken on this site

AUREARGENT does not collect any payment, deposit or card detail on this website. If you are ever asked to pay through this site, do not pay, and contact us.

6. Accuracy of content

We take care with descriptions, photography and specifications, but properties and vehicles change. Images may be illustrative and a specific vehicle, layout or furnishing is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the partner.

7. Intellectual property

The AUREARGENT name, logo, texts, photographs and page designs on this site are protected. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without prior written permission. Photographs supplied by partners or rights-holders remain their property.

8. Links to third parties

This site links to other sites, including those of the AUREARGENT group and of our partner. We are not responsible for their content or for their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to send false enquiries, to scrape or copy content in bulk, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or to interfere with its operation. Enquiry forms are protected by an anti-bot check.

10. Liability

AUREARGENT's role is to present the offer and to introduce you to the partner. The partner is responsible for the performance of the service it sells you. To the extent permitted by law, AUREARGENT is not liable for the acts, omissions, cancellations or defects of the partner or of any third-party supplier. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These website terms are governed by French law, the publisher being a French company, and the courts of Paris have jurisdiction. This does not deprive a consumer of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own country of residence. Your contract with the local partner is a separate agreement, governed by that partner’s own terms — which may specify a different law and a different forum from this website. Read them before you commit.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply, whatever these terms say.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
